Availability:

• Available: Monday – Friday by request: 5am–9am (varies according to time of sunrise)
• Not valid: Saturday & Sunday, public holidays, and special event days including Valentine’s Day and during ballooning championships
• Bookings must be made by 31 March 2024. Guests must fly before 28 April 2024
• Departure Point: Meeting inside the Rydges Hotel on the corner of Myers St and Gheringhap, Geelong at approximately 4am in the summer and 6am in the winter. Times vary according to the sunrise
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your check-in time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Check-in time for balloon flight varies based on the time of sunrise and fluctuates depending on the time of year
• Hot air balloon rides are shared, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• The weight of each passenger is collected to ensure proper weights and balances of the hot air balloon. This information helps allocate the appropriate amount of passengers per balloon for everyone’s comfort while ensuring passenger safety
• Flight time is approximately 45–60 minutes. Please allow up to 3–4 hours for the entire experience, including travel time
• Meals, drinks and transfers are not included
• No step-free access is available

Terms & Conditions:

• This experience is not suitable for: children under 6, pregnant people (any stage), people with broken bones or recent surgery at the time of flight
• Passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight (approximately 60 minutes), be able to climb in and out of the basket unaided, and be in good general health
• A signed waiver of liability is required for all guests flying and/or riding in Liberty Balloon Flights vehicles
• Flights are subject to minimum passenger numbers, weather and flying conditions and may be altered or cancelled at the discretion of Liberty Balloon Flights for passenger safety
• Liberty Balloon Flight is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, injuries, or damages sustained from participation in hot air balloon rides
• If a passenger is 15 or more minutes late to check-in for their hot air balloon ride, Liberty Balloon Flight has the right to cancel the passenger(s) hot air balloon ride and no refund applies

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable after 7 days from purchase or once redeemed or booked
• Customers will be eligible for a 12-month validity extension if they have had 3 flight bookings cancelled by Liberty Balloon Flights
• Any rescheduling request made after voucher has expired will incur additional fees if less than 3 confirmed flight attempts have been registered

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days' notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Changes by Operator: Liberty Balloon Flights will email you a Reschedule Flight Request if your flight is cancelled; reply to this email with your available dates

Please Note:

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
